With an aim to solve the problem of ROMI and high transaction cost for merchants, we decided to leverage the mobile medium to crack this problem. In today's world it is almost impossible to ignore the power of a mobile device and the evolving ecosystem with improved bandwidth and capabilities.

We bet on the convergence, continuity and specificity that the mobile phone offers to reach, influence and personalize the interaction between merchants and consumers, manufacturers, distributors and operators. We believe that the three silos of promotions, rewards and payments will be crucial components of an integrated platform. While Symbioun is building this m-commerce platform with self service modules & web portals we acknowledge the fact that, for the mobile marketplace to be viable, the solutions will need to evolve and optimize the use of existing infrastructure.

More so, in this capital constrained environment, adoption of new technology application will be more evolutionary.
